"At first glance, everything seemed like an excellent service until we no longer needed to rent their containers. We were charged fees that we had never been informed of, in addition to a double transport to the same address (they charged us two transports when only one was carried out)... had we been informed of all these fees (real theft), we would never have chosen to go ahead with them. Furthermore, the woman on the phone did not want to listen to anything and did not seek any possible accommodation. Especially since we received a container that smelled of rot and had residue from broken eggs on the walls and floor. We had to clean (disinfect) everything and air the container before depositing our belongings. Unfortunately, we do not recommend this service at all..."
