"Service horrible."

"I had relied on the few good reviews and unfortunately I was very dissatisfied. Not only did it take 11 hours to move a 5 and a half whose quantity of furniture had been previously estimated, but they damaged furniture and walls, dirty the floors by not putting down carpets and they didn't even finish the move in one day! When we called the company, we were told that we would have to wait for them to finish another move (when ours wasn't even finished!) and after stubbornness with the manager, she dared to tell us that she managed to "work magic" for us and that they could show up to finish the move. So they showed up late the next morning to move the remaining items. We even helped them remove the covers from the furniture to save time! Finally, we described to the manager what had happened and she offered to deduct the second trip, which their mover had already promised us on site would be free. We also asked for compensation and she offered us a $100 discount, which was less than an hour of work. In the end, we paid for a 7.85 hour move and received the additional $100 discount, but we consider that the service we received fell below industry standards. I strongly believe in respect, which goes both ways, and we did not receive it with Déménapro. I absolutely do not recommend them."

"I strongly advise against it! I used Déménapro 3 years ago and it was A+ service! I had to move again, so I thought I'd use them again... big mistake! They sold it to a new owner, and they're unprofessional movers now. They got the address wrong in the morning, they swore and complained all day (we ended up doing half the work for them because we could see the time passing...), and they called their manager a good 30 times to complain and ask for help all day long. At dinner, they just DISAPPEARED without telling us, and they wasted a lot of time waiting and arguing with each other. In the end... broken furniture, and things are missing! They no longer respond to my emails or voicemails."
