Went to the website to set up a trailer hitch. Prepaid approx $350 and specified the car model and make. Website gave me an appointment 8 days later at 9am at this outlet. "be on time." Drove 35 minutes in the morning. When I showed up, they didn’t have the part and explained that this isn't feasible -- even though the order was correct, the website sent a confirmation email, the card was debited and they never told me they wouldn't have the part. Why would I come otherwise? They hadn’t ordered the part and couldn't install anything, the part wasn't there. Asked to be reimbursed. Drove another 45 minutes. No hitch for the trip.

Don’t go there!!!! They will charge you way much more than what you see on their website! On the website it shows that I will pay in total 110$ including if I drive the truck for 90 kilometres ( as an estimation) and it says that you will pay 0.99 cents per kilometre but when you return the truck you will discover that they charged you 1.19 cents per kilometre!
