"You tell me it's the customer's responsibility to put out the salt, risking injury by slipping while trying to get it from the container located on a steep slope. Not very smart. It's your responsibility to make the premises safe, not the customers'. And as for the rest, your response and my photos speak for themselves. Unsafe. The only step leading to the footbridge is broken; it's very dangerous. Not to mention that the slope leading up to it was icy. I had difficulty driving up and almost fell twice getting out. It wasn't clean; there were oil stains, pieces of plastic and rubber bands, and it was obvious that no one had even given it a quick sweep. There was snow inside on the door sill. There were dryer sheets to keep rodents away. Very poorly maintained. I paid for 1 1/2 months for nothing, and even after telling them all about it, about my dissatisfaction, they didn't give me back my $75 deposit, claiming I hadn't respected the 30-day notice period to cancel, even though they didn't lose any rentals because the month wasn't over."
