Bounce Luggage Storage - Ville-Marie Reviews
Deb and Mike Ferguson
The place to leave our bags was near a subway entrance. There stars only because the entrance from the street closest to the drop off point was closed for construction - through no fault of the store owner. The directions we had to find our way to the store did not work. The owner/manager answered quickly when we called the store and came to find us right away to help us to the shop. So my advice is to call to find out where to go. Its inside the Metro station and the owner/manager and swerved quickly and was friendly.

Easy drop-off and pick-up. It was the perfect location to store my suitcase (inside Peel metro station) and enjoy my last day in Montreal before heading to the airport. I would definitely use this place again.

Really kind and friendly. Extremely easy check in and pick up. So grateful for making our day so easy! Thank you!

Recommendations before choosing a Storage Service
- Check the company’s reputation and customer reviews: Look for storage providers with positive reviews and a solid reputation. Reading real customer experiences will help you understand the quality of service and reliability.
- Confirm what is included in the storage service: Make sure you clearly understand what is included in the price, such as unit size, climate control, access hours, and any additional fees.
- Ask about security and safety measures: Find out what security systems are in place, including surveillance cameras, gated access, alarms, and on-site staff to protect your belongings.
- Verify licensing, insurance, and coverage options: Ensure the company is properly licensed to operate in Canada and ask about insurance options to protect your stored items against loss or damage.
- Request a written quote and rental agreement: Always ask for a written quote and review the rental agreement carefully so you are clear about pricing, contract terms, and cancellation policies.
