To return the truck, take steps in the U-Haul app, instead of giving the key to someone. The worst thing here is, the guy told me to give the key to them and that's it. I'm sure if I didn't figure out I need to use the app to return, they will charge me for non reasonable fees. Also people are very rude here and give wrong directions. Just find a spot to park and don't interact with them.
