"My wife and I live in Vancouver and had to move a number of paintings from Quebec. These were large paintings (e.g. 4'x5') and had sentimental value. Monette were respectful of the strict condo rules at the pickup place and packed everything carefully. The packages arrived in Vancouver early and with no damage at all. I would recommend them without hesitation. They offered pricing for our 500lb load, which was reasonable - particularly since other firms would only quote for 1000lb minimum loads. Great firm... they made it stress-free."

"We had the WORST experience ever. We were moved from Quebec to BC as part of a federal government work move. Some of our valuable belongings have gone missing after transiting in their warehouse in Quebec City (including Canada Goose and Arcteryx jackets!) No resolution has been achieved and they are ignoring us hoping that we will just give up. Don’t use this company unless you like losing your stuff."
