I was attending by Boris, he showed me different units before taking the decision, and recommended me other units according to the size I was looking for. The process of the contract was clear. My mistake was to not be sure about wanting a heated unit so I chose one with no heated. Then I went back next day to ask if it was possible to change to a heated unit. The advantage of my situation was that the lease started the day I went back so the transfer was possible. Ronald was that day, so I appreciate his help with the transfer of a heated unit, and the detailed information of the process. He made sure that I checked the unit before starting the transfer process, and. I don’t have any complaints but an excellent review. I had a excelente experience. This place is absolutely infested with rodents. If you're quiet for even a second you'll hear a horde of mice and rats. This place is not suitable for any personal belongings that you don't want covered in rodent feces. Maybe just your winter tires. We had to dispose of a number of our things.
