Brandon is AWESOME! Smooth, quick transaction and move-in, decently clean storage spaces, fair rates. I do wish I could ride the elevator down to the basement with my stuff, and not have to use the stairs (which my arthritic knees protest), but that is a small consideration and not worth docking a star. Overall very satisfied, I recommend this storage facility. Did I mention that Brandon is awesome?
