Easy experience of pickup, use and drop off. No issues, including a few days before pickup having to call ahead and make changes to the truck size etc. All was well. Drop off at the Walker Road Depo was easy, quick and the staff that came out to assess the truck was friendly and helpful.

Very disappointed with my experience. When I returned the truck, no one asked me if I wanted the optional Damage Coverage, yet I was charged for it without my consent. The staff also did not review the final charges with me at the counter. Instead, I was told I would receive the receipt by email. Hours later, I discovered I had been billed for something I never agreed to.
