They were so helpful setting me up with a unit, showing me how it worked and where to go, and i'm so appreciative of that, but as soon as it came time to cancel the unit, as I only needed it for a month, they refused to answer the phone. I don't know if it was intentional or i'm being crazy, but I called a total of 30 times in the past week with no answer. I finally turned off my caller ID and they picked up immediately. I don't know what was going on but it was a hassle just trying to reach somebody, and it came too close to the next payment to the point of stressing. At this moment, I don't know if my unit is cancelled. They confirmed they will check, and now i'm just waiting on a confirmation.
