Worst customer experience. Called in just to get two simple quotes.. two / three times and got hung up. The third time, I had to call with a different number and expressed that I am not a telemarketer and needed quotes but was not very pleasant to speak to. One word answers and uninterested. Was looking at getting two different quotes for two different units but they assumed that I was looking for the same size and the response was unnecessary. Just save yourself the time and trouble and look elsewhere.

Valiant mini storage on Victoria ave in Whitby is a very low quality facility for the price. Customer service is non existent. My unit was broken into and my rent was not compensated. They never even apologized for their bad security. I can literally see wide open spaces between the fence and the ground, very easy to access from the outside. The prices are high, units are FULL of mice in the winter. I complained about the mice and they could not have cared less. They told me not to store food in my unit (umm, I DON’T!)
