Carp and Cardevco West End Self Storage Reviews

When I first got the storage unit, the gate was always open. I could come anytime and access my storage unit but now five months later the gate is randomly closed. No one has contacted me through email or called me to give me a pin or some way to access my unit so now I can’t get in and I have tried several times to reach them yet I cannot get a hold of anyone so that I can get my things out of the unit.

Great location. They always make sure the vehicle I need or the next best thing is available, equipment is always clean and well maintained. Heidi is great and very helpful. They’ll often warm up the vehicle for you if it’s cold outside, and make parking accommodations on-site. Always a pleasure renting here.

Super friendly Heidi will serve you, and help you with what you need. I was amazed, and the rented trailer worked like a charm. Highly recommended.

Recommendations before choosing a Storage Service
- Check the company’s reputation and customer reviews: Look for storage providers with positive reviews and a solid reputation. Reading real customer experiences will help you understand the quality of service and reliability.
- Confirm what is included in the storage service: Make sure you clearly understand what is included in the price, such as unit size, climate control, access hours, and any additional fees.
- Ask about security and safety measures: Find out what security systems are in place, including surveillance cameras, gated access, alarms, and on-site staff to protect your belongings.
- Verify licensing, insurance, and coverage options: Ensure the company is properly licensed to operate in Canada and ask about insurance options to protect your stored items against loss or damage.
- Request a written quote and rental agreement: Always ask for a written quote and review the rental agreement carefully so you are clear about pricing, contract terms, and cancellation policies.
