Xtra Storage ✔

"We have rented a storage unit for almost 4 years with Xtra Storage on Pritchard Rd and have had an excellent experience. Originally we had an outside unit and then moved inside to a climate controlled one. Both units were functional, kept well and easily accessible. The staff who work in the office are friendly and knowledgeable and show you around and answer questions patiently. They explain how the payment goes and what the insurance covers so nothing is hidden! It's convenient that you can pay in person And online with a credit card. They send the invoice with ample time to remember to make your payment which is also great! We appreciate having our things cared for in a safe, clean, well maintained environment and appreciate the stellar service you do to keep the buildings and property in excellent condition. Thanks for being there when we needed somewhere to move our house into for 3 years and for making it so simple to move back out and close the account. Will definitely keep you in mind for the future!"

"I used this storage facility after my mom passed away to store her furniture and paintings. This is an ideal climate controlled storage place. No moisture problems, no bugs, no rodents. The staff is totally helpful and the place is clean. Good security system. I wanted to downsize and was accomadated right away. I would strongly recommend this storage facility if you have precious memories to keep. Thanks for everything-Paul"

"I researched and read reviews of so many storage companies and locations. Many companies have issues with flooding, pests or theft. When I came across Xtra Storage, the reviews seemed too good to be true so I went to see it myself and asked the staff to show me the storage size that I wanted to get. This was my way to get a tour. And right there I signed up. No need to look further. The storage I got is a climate controlled one and perfect for my need. This place is secure and very clean. I love having access outside of their business hours. Kudos to the people who work here and keep it clean."
