There’s a guy who lives in his storage bin at the back of the bins and blasts his music at all hours of the day. Multiple complaints have been made but they won’t do anything about but will cherry pick you out of a crowd for not adhering to their policies of what’s INSIDE your locked and safe bins. What a joke.
