Mouse dropping all over my unit and my items. Zoom in and you will see all the mouse shit. The bathroom is always dirty, doors are always broken. Random rent increases. I was told “you’re lucky it didn’t happen sooner”. Just filthy.

NOTICE TO PUBLIC: PRICE INCREASES EXPONENTIALLY THE LONGER YOU RENT! I did not read the reviews prior to renting but I should have because if you do, you will notice it's the same issue. The longer you rent in this place the higher your rental rate goes. They don't tell you that when you sign up. You get penalize for being a loyal customer. they send the invoice by email but the increase notice is sent by "mail", where the likelihood of it getting lost or unopened, or not prioritized, because you would think it's just a paper copy of your invoice, is higher so you won't notice it right away, a bit sneaky.
