Super convenient, its right around the corner from Union Station. Workers were super friendly, and they take a picture of you with your luggage to make sure that you get the correct bags back. Great service definitely will use again!!

This was the first time we used a luggage storage service and the experience was amazing. We left a suitcase for 11 days while we were travelling. The gentleman was very friendly and explained that for longer term storage they moved the case from the back of the shop to their store room downstairs, which gave me peace of mind. When we returned, he recognised me straight away and had the case ready to go. We will use them again.

Experience was good and very convenient, close to union station. The man at the store was super friendly and offered me water when I dropped off my bag. I quickly realized there was no back/staff room to the store so the bags were placed on top of the tall pop/beverage fridge. That worried me a little bit safety wise, so if you have really precious valuables or you are super cautious that way, perhaps choose another location.
