Clean and secure but you need special access after 7pm which is ridiculous. You have to submit a request few hours ahead of time to get your request approved otherwise you don’t have access to your belongings. Kinda ridiculous for a 24/7 storage space. I wish there’s an automated approval system that cuts off the approval time

There were some positives to using this storage facility, it was easy to set up the rental and to gain access to the building. The inside of the building is also very clean and safe. There were some challenges that I faced - it needs to be noted that you cannot access the building outside of regular business hours without providing written notification and gaining approval so it’s not something that can be done last minute. I was also owed a partial refund due to their pre-payment process. It took me three months and about four or five back-and-forth emails to receive the refund cheque in the mail. I was disappointed with that side of the process.
