Storagehotel - Student Storage

I needed a storage solution on short notice and Storagehotel made it all possible. They arranged everything for me, and the process was so seamless! Very minimal effort was needed on my end. Even with my friend being my representative for the pick up as I was overseas, everything went smoothly. They also deliver the items back which makes it super convenient. Highly recommend!

Such a great experience with Storagehotel! Stored 3 boxes over the summer for a reasonable price. No hassle pick up and drop off with super helpful customer service. They squeezed me in for a very last minute pick up at the end of the school year which I greatly appreciated. I got stuck on the subway and arrived late to my drop off appointment, and the delivery person was so patient and friendly, was very understanding over text, waited for me to arrive, and still treated me kindly. Absolutely recommend!

From start to finish, this process was much smoother and easier than expected. As a female student living alone who has never booked anything like this, I was stressed for weeks about finding storage and finding someone to carry my belongings to the storage as I don’t drive and I needed to leave my place last minute. When I found Storagehotel, their website was very clear and user friendly, and when I called them to ask questions they were kind and went out of their way to accommodate my very last minute request for both pickup and delivery dates. This has saved me a lot of stress especially during finals season and their prices are reasonable compared to other places I’ve called. They clearly understand the needs of students well and go out of their way to help further than they need to.
