Customer service was exceptional the process was so easy. the truck bay is so easy to load and unload your furniture as I didnt need to climb up and down to get in and out of my truck box. I moved all my moms furniture by myself because of that. along with the moving carts to help.Aisles are very roomy to move the carts with furnitiure. Highly recommend
