My Storage Spot ✔

"Signed up on line with ease. Called for assistance with downloading the NOKE app and had a wonderful support person walk me through. She was pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. When I went to the storage facilities the entry system was simple and quick to use. Storage unit was clean and I love how the system unlocks the unit and locks when done. Great use of technology. I recommend this storage company most highly!!"

"So far it’s been a hassle! Got storage mid July and received an email in August saying had to redo payment info cause they ‘changed computer system’. Updated payment info again for monthly billing. Just got an email the other day saying I’m locked out of my unit and payment overdue. My credit card was given on file when storage space initially reserved and authorized for automatic monthly billing! And then again when system changed! Phone number doesnt work…just the same recording loop over and over. Impossible to get someone for help. Would have been better off renting space elsewhere. NOT impressed."
