We found this storage online and we're moving here from a different province. Richard responded to my message promptly and was friendly and reserved a unit for us. Upon arrival Richard was welcoming, warm and patient. Having this storage place has been convenient and Richard makes sure our safety is priority. I did not think I would say this....but I feel blessed and fortunate to have my stuff stored here more so for the connection we have Richard and his care shows.
