DVV2 Amazon Delivery Station Reviews
Scott
Received a package that was already cut open. No where to report this to on the website or app. Customer service is just an endless loop of search pages. I have received multiple packages over the last year pre opened. Your drivers are looking for valuable objects. Luckily I ordered a screen protector. Not using Amazon in the foreseeable future.

An absolute terrible company. The driver goes through my package and then puts the remaining items in a bag. Drops off with a big smile with candy visible in his teeth. Now, I'm stuck with an item I can't return due to Amazon's lack of customer service. It's just terrible. To Amazon I have spent $6000 in last month buying from you. Mark my words, not a penny more.

There is no phone number to contact them. My package arrived on May 6th and I still have not received it in whiskey creek. Not only is that absolutely ridiculous but I have had clients cancel which has cost me so much in losses due to them loosing or misplacing my nail product. Someone either the supplier which was in Calgary and or Victoria location is going to have to make up for lost wages.

Recommendations before choosing a Storage Service
- Check the company’s reputation and customer reviews: Look for storage providers with positive reviews and a solid reputation. Reading real customer experiences will help you understand the quality of service and reliability.
- Confirm what is included in the storage service: Make sure you clearly understand what is included in the price, such as unit size, climate control, access hours, and any additional fees.
- Ask about security and safety measures: Find out what security systems are in place, including surveillance cameras, gated access, alarms, and on-site staff to protect your belongings.
- Verify licensing, insurance, and coverage options: Ensure the company is properly licensed to operate in Canada and ask about insurance options to protect your stored items against loss or damage.
- Request a written quote and rental agreement: Always ask for a written quote and review the rental agreement carefully so you are clear about pricing, contract terms, and cancellation policies.
