"Recently moved back to the coast. Just got off the ferry. Had some time before the Pender ferry arrived. Went to their office because the website stated that they were opened. I was as excited to unpack my car.When I arrived it was closed. Their hours stated that they were open. There was a sign to call this number. I called serval times and left messages, mentioning that I was waiting for a ferry, would appreciate a call back today. Got nothing that day. So I called back few days later. Went right to voicemail. It’s too bad. A curiosity call would have been nice. Their location is located approximately 10 mins from the ferry terminal. Just perfect location to Swartz bay, it would have been very convenient spot, especially when you live on the gulf islands, with a lack of storage,and your time is limited because of ferry schedules. Oh well it wasn’t meant to be. That’s why the low score. But from I was saw the facility is well kept, fully fenced. Clean. Just poor customer service."
