"Even if I show up just before closing the staff are very accommodating. The front desk clerks seem to know almost everyone and where their storage locker is even if they are an infrequent customer (like myself). The place is friendly and professional and most importantly very trusting as well. I think the person I see most is a lady with brunette colour hair over the weekends for the life of me I cannot remember her first name, Monique maybe, but she has great customer service and is always in a good mood."
