Very helpful! About a month prior to securing a unit I had questions about renting a U-Haul to bring my things here to Nanaimo. The gentleman in the office was very helpful helped me to figure out a price and also helped me to determine what U-Haul option was more affordable. I had a storage unit 10 years ago, this location and they still had me on file. Also I really like their policy of refunding the remaining balance for the month if you move out early. The last storage unit I had was not willing to do that.
