DO NOT KEEP your stuff here! Their storage facilities are NOT SAFE. We had our storage locker robbed, which can easily be done from the top of your unit (see attached photos). We lost $2000 + worth of stuff as someone just reached down with a hook and took our stuff. Unfortunately, nothing could be done as they only keep video footage for 14 days, and the facility holds no responsibility for your stolen items. I understand that they need some kind of hole for ventilation, but the way Maple Leaf does it is just reckless and they don't care to safely store your stuff. We recently switched to a storage facility that covers the top of their lockers with mesh wire, which feels much more secure.
