This is the worst business in town, without a doubt. The previous owner was wonderful, but sadly passed. The new owners stopped snow removal this year (the only contractual obligation they have to their tenants), which accumulated and created massive amounts of ice preventing people from accessing their units. We complained to let them know this was a huge problem, but nothing was done. So of course when it melted, the ice prevented drainage, and they flooded a great many units. I’ve lost about $15K worth of property because of their negligence …and they’re telling us they have no responsibility for the damage they directly caused. Go find a better place!! There’s plenty of others who will treat you properly.
