Been using used store and multiple locations but the north side location, especially I’d like to say thank you very much specifically to store manager Kyle on a personal basis. The gentleman helped me quite a bit. This is going through a tough time allowed me to extend some time to get my things out and help me in every way possible you could anybody looking for good rates good customer service I advise you to use you store storage north location as well as the other ones thank you

The worst experience ever. They sent an email to tell me my car window was broken and they never answered my emails since. I went to talk to the manager, they told she is on vacation and she will call me once she’s back. She never did. Very poor service and communication. They don’t care about people’s belongings at all. Don’t trust them with your property

If your pockets are ready to bleed for hundreds of possibly unnecessary expenses, without warning, then you don't need thrifty storage. If you like your customer service delivery to be harsh like you're in shit, boy do I recommend it here for that..
