Absolute mud hole, garbage and scrap wood, no snow removal so bring a shovel to get your door open. Was broken into twice. Condensation forms on the walls and roof of the seacans and drips on your stuff. Customer service is a joke, zero security, gate code gets changed and can get ahold of them after hours. They claim that they do snow removal and someone will be coming but not once was snow removed all winter with drifting snow up to 3 feet. No intel for RCMP on break ins as cameras were not working. Be ready to pay your 1200$ deductible, have water damage on all your stuff and be extremely disappointed.

No one maintains the place. Got my seacan broken into. Management has nothing for security cameras. Do not recommend this place at all.
