Beware pre-paying your rent here. Apparently it's in the fine print, you won't get your money refunded if you vacate early and give notice. Was prepaid on 2 units till January, vacated and gave notice at the end of November. Didnt hear back, so stopped in today to see what was going on and was just told no refunds on prepaid accounts. On top of that, they did not issue me a termination based on my notice given and have rented both my units. Find your storage elsewhere!

Had storage there for over a year. Paid a very fine price and expected a safe storage unit. Came in to move everything out and found that my unit was floded. When I brought up my concern I was told it's my problem. They made it known to me that they know there units flood in the spring however if they told me this ahead of time I would of stored it differently. Never would I recommend the morinville self storage to anyone

Very reasonably priced. The unit itself is roomy and dry. The place is very secure and there is a Manager on site at all times. You can also call Gina the owner with any questions and she gets back to you quicky
