Showed up 3 hours late. The concierge left by then and we didn't have a locked elevator. On arrival, the guy had an attitude and asked for a price raise without even apologizing for the wait. Turns out the reason for the delay is because the person before me was paying them by the hour so they took their time. They didn't take their time with my stuff as I was given a flat rate upon quote. They even broke my book shelf, it's completely destroyed. I caught them trying to force my glass table through the door without disassembling it first. The guy kept complaining about having to disassemble and assemble stuff, which is.. their job. Extreme lack of professionalism and integrity. Never booking with them again
