I rented storage cubes for the temporary storage of our furniture while our floors were being sanded and varnished. I had pleasant contact with a kind woman. The cubes were delivered on the scheduled day and time. I requested a few days' extension for pickup, and there was no problem. So, I'm completely satisfied with both the product and the service.

After storing my belongings there, the owner completely made my storage unit disappear, along with over $20,000 worth of stock inside. Store your things elsewhere; they're crooks!

Delivery was scheduled for the morning and we had therefore arranged for people to help us. Finally at 3:30 p.m. our cubes still had not arrived. So we called, for the 4th time that day and the owner told us and I quote: we don't give a damn about you others and he hung up on us. I have never seen such disrespect from a business owner. We were speechless.......the cubes finally arrived at 5 p.m. even though they were scheduled for the morning. Execrable service and respect....never do business with them!
