The worst experience of my life. The worst thing is that we wanted to complain about the poor service and then we were treated practically like criminals. I would have given zero stars. At least my stepson was able to get the rent anyway with his mother's signature. Because he no longer wanted to rent us the rent. So if you have a complaint to make, wait until you have signed the lease. If the rent had been for me, I simply would not have rented with them. But it was to please my partner's son, he was eager and happy to have his first home. In addition, we found the rent ourselves because it was very difficult to be able to go and visit. I will spare you the rest of the details. Because what we experienced makes no sense.

We rented a budget studio for one night, obviously not expecting luxury. However, the alarm system had a problem that caused a constant beep-beep. We texted the number they gave us to report the problem...no response. We could hear the alarm very clearly in the studio, so it was a very bad night. The Wi-Fi was very weak and always disconnected, unusable. Otherwise, it was clean and the bed was comfortable. I would give it another chance since I like the concept and the locations, but there really needs to be a 24/7 response for emergencies.

Too bad we can't give it a zero rating, because that's all it deserves and seeing the others who have rated it before me, I'm sure it's very similar. I'm trying to rent a room for one night, I don't know why the rental date changes by itself. So I end up with a rental on another date that doesn't match because I'm at work 300 km away, so it's really not the date I had chosen. When I talk to the guy, he doesn't want to understand anything and there's nothing to do with him. So he pocketed it and is making fun of people. Very stubborn and dishonest owner.
