Minoli was so professional and friendly. She made my first experience with self-storage easy with her service. She suggested the unit with the right size for my furniture, gave me a tour around my unit and made sure I knew how to use the lock. Unfortunately, the next day, I had decided to cancel leasing the unit. Minoli and Dineli were very understanding of my situation and helped me with the move-out process. I will for sure return to this location in the future for the excellent customer service and clean storage. Thank you, ladies, for your fabulous customer service! 🙂

Minoli was super helpful when I went into the store yesterday to look for a storage unit for the winter. She showed me the facilities, helped me analyze how big of a storage I would need, told me about the hours of operations and payment options, etc. And I feel very informed when making my decision to rent. I ended up signing the lease on the spot.
