I’ve been a customer for many years, in fact before it was even owned by mini mall. Ever since they purchased the storage facility my rent has increased more than 100% and is continuously increasing monthly. This is not right. As a loyal customer since day one with mini mall, this company is taking advantage of me with all these absolutely outrageous increases. On top of all that you have extreme levels of rodent infestations. And the doors of the storage units don’t have adequate sealing for weather, climate and water/moisture. When it rains water runs in from the bottom of the door due to the door having no seals. Once the water/moisture gets inside it creates mold and bacteria from poor ventilation. If I could give 0 star rating that would best represent mini mall storage properties entire company as a whole. As I have contacted numerous different departments in different locations in effort to resolve this matter with no avail. I strongly recommend to avoid doing business entirely with mini mall storage properties !
