Some Place Safe Self Storage Reviews

Rose Hiller (5)
We have had a unit for years and never an issue. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. It’s clean and secure which we like. I had a friend who went to Uhaul on Speedvale in Guelph and when she went to go get her stuff they announced it was thrown in the dumpster. Before any says anything about that they had her credit card to charge monthly. Apparently the staff like to help themselves. She found this out when she demanded they come up with her stuff only to return a couple of items

Recommendations before choosing a Storage Service

  1. Check the company’s reputation and customer reviews: Look for storage providers with positive reviews and a solid reputation. Reading real customer experiences will help you understand the quality of service and reliability.
  2. Confirm what is included in the storage service: Make sure you clearly understand what is included in the price, such as unit size, climate control, access hours, and any additional fees.
  3. Ask about security and safety measures: Find out what security systems are in place, including surveillance cameras, gated access, alarms, and on-site staff to protect your belongings.
  4. Verify licensing, insurance, and coverage options: Ensure the company is properly licensed to operate in Canada and ask about insurance options to protect your stored items against loss or damage.
  5. Request a written quote and rental agreement: Always ask for a written quote and review the rental agreement carefully so you are clear about pricing, contract terms, and cancellation policies.
