Worst place ever. I stored my entire home here for 3 months for a ridiculous amount of money. When I picked up my stuff there was mildew on literally everything!!! My 3 brand new mattresses had to be thrown out. My bookcase was warped so bad that had to be thrown. Pillows, Blankets, etc all had to be thrown. I was able to clean some things from the mildew but most had to be thrown out. Now I have to spend a fortune to replace all my really nice expensive stuff. And on top of all that they didn't even give me back my deposit!!! They said it would be mailed to me but I have never received it. NEVER ever use this storage place!!!!!!!!!!

When my Visa expired, I called with the new information. I said, "My card expired and I'm calling with the updated info." He said, "Ok," and started to hang up. I said, "Wait - don't you want my NAME and new exp. date?" He said Oh yeah, but I just got a letter in the mail saying if I don't make my payment, they will auction off my locker. What a Mickey Mouse operation!

Do not recommend. I dealt with them for 6 months and it was awful! Every month I went in to pay and it took them 20 minutes to do my payment up. Which is ridiculous! Most times the manager was gone leaving the other employees who didn't know what he was doing alone. I just got my income tax receipt saying I owed $500 and I had to call and sort that out as well.
