Awful experience every time I’ve had to deal with this delivery company. Says my address is incorrect every single time I place an order with a company who ships through purolator. I have even called to correct this multiple times and still every time they say the package cannot be delivered. I have tried multiple times to call them again to fix the issue and I get NO answer.

Parcel was supposed to be out for delivery on the 7th/Aug. Checked the status today because it didn't show up yesterday. The reason for not delivering (as per their info) "no access to street". Seriously no access to a main highway that goes from Chester to Windsor Nova Scotia. So are all the other vehicles flying over the blockage area and landing to continue their trek up the #14 highway towards Windsor. Thu. Girlfriend had an order, was suppose to be delivered yesterday, she pulled up tracking and it said delayed due to dangerous conditions, I didn't know a warm sunny day was dangerous, and today can't get a hold of anyone and still not package... oh yeah it's still warm and sunny out.
