We rented a brand new unit for 3 months and when we retrieved our belongings, half were full of mold and had to be thrown out. Everything was up off the ground but still our sectional couch was destroyed, our specially made kitchen island ruined, our clothes and special momentous, most are now gone and the owners took zero responsibility.
