I moved my parents belongings into storage sometime in 2014 when they moved out of province and it’s been there ever since. Recently I flew back to deal with all of there belongings and fully expected the locker to be disgusting, mice bugs and so on. But I was pleasantly surprised it was like all their belongings were frozen in time, there seems to be no rodent activity. My mom worked in storage for many years I know how it goes when things sit but this facility is so clean I am so happy we chose to store with them. Highly recommend. Carla and her team have been so kind, answering all my questions and being available when I needed to give someone access to my locker.
