U-Stor Self Storage Reviews
Cait Guitard
Sketchy. Looked like someone busted thru the dry wall in the unit I rented and they quickly fixed it up. Only one door to my unit opened and the one that did was so rusted i had to get a tool to force it open. Code for the gates not updated so anyone who rented knows it. Driveway full of huge bumps that'll mess up your car. Used it for 2 weeks asked if i could be reimbursed a little money not even half and they just ignored me 😅 cant even text "no, sorry" . If you wanna take the risk of having everything stolen go for it. I'd never use this storage facility again. There's way better companies in the area that are less sketchy and more secure and you dont have to worry about scraping the crap under your car driving in and out of the parking lot.

Recommendations before choosing a Storage Service
- Check the company’s reputation and customer reviews: Look for storage providers with positive reviews and a solid reputation. Reading real customer experiences will help you understand the quality of service and reliability.
- Confirm what is included in the storage service: Make sure you clearly understand what is included in the price, such as unit size, climate control, access hours, and any additional fees.
- Ask about security and safety measures: Find out what security systems are in place, including surveillance cameras, gated access, alarms, and on-site staff to protect your belongings.
- Verify licensing, insurance, and coverage options: Ensure the company is properly licensed to operate in Canada and ask about insurance options to protect your stored items against loss or damage.
- Request a written quote and rental agreement: Always ask for a written quote and review the rental agreement carefully so you are clear about pricing, contract terms, and cancellation policies.
