Unfortunately this storage utility is full of mice. We had a big sectional sofa and upholstered chairs we can no longer use and had to throw away. When we called they offered no assistance and told us to call our home insurance and make a claim.

We rented a 10 x 20 unit and ended up having someone crawl over the interior wall from an adjacent unit to access our unit. When management was advised about this their response was that there was a sketchy person that rented beside us but there was nothing they could do about it. We lost almost 6 thousand dollars of our property being stolen or damaged. Be aware of the units that have walls that do not go to the ceiling because you can crawl over the walls and go from unit to unit. Not very secure! We were offered one month free rental as compensation….. and we had to fight for that. What a joke!
