Winston, Frank and Vincent have been terrific with our household goods we've had stored there for the last 5 years or so. We sold our sailboat, moved a couple of times, and it was so easy bringing out stuff that wouldn't fit in our tiny condo. They'd drop what they were doing when we showed up and got our pallets down from high up on open racks. They NEVER charged us for doing this, unlike other storage companies. Yes, it's true that our stuff was in open racks, but I never worried a bit.
