U-Haul Moving & Storage of Langley

So i encountered the lady named simranjeet or simranjot K, don't know exactly. We had a reservation, we paid, hooked up the trailer and we drove away as it was our maybe 20th time if not less, renting from uhaul, theutility trailer. She called me immaturely and started screaming like she's my high school teacher. I explained her that i was running late and i got even the pics for the hookup. She never told me that you cant leave without having a person checked the trailer hookup. Also, there wasn't a single person to help me out. Even though before that at the same location, I did myself the hookup but never the issues. This lady should go to the school or stay home if she got some problems, 0 customer service, inexperienced. Got no right to talk to someone like that. Even after that she complaint about me and tried to ban me. When i was explaining her, she hanged up on me, what she thinks she is superior or something? Please get your staff some training in customer service. Rest everybody is nice to me. Anyhow, I didnt get ban from the uhaul, thanks to the team!

Absolutely absamsal behavior of the customer guy name Jeff L this morning I came to pick up the u hual. Firstly he gave us wrong vehicle key and when we address it he said sorry it's computer fault then we ask him to show us the right vehicle he didn't help us in that too. He started interrogating like police officer and while returning other guy name Sahil he was phenomenal, very nice and on dot service 5 starts for Sahil.
