Absolutely wonderful guys. Great listeners and were happy to comply with any requests. The elevator was not locked off like Capreit said they would and residents constantly asking to use it. 30 minutes later someone arrived with an elevator key. These guys were more than happy to help the other tenants. Not sure I would have be that kind. Guys worked efficiently and wrapped all furniture to prevent any damage. I have hired movers before. These two young guys exceeded my expectations. I would be thrilled to use them again. Made a stressful day very pleasant. I offered them tea and coffee and they said "thank you but were good. " They had a plan in mind and wanted to implement it like what should go where and in what order. They love their job you can see. By the way I am not related to them hahahaha!

The Help-me-move team was THE best experience of our entire move. From a heads up before arrival, starting on time, smiley friendly staff, working tirelessly, being flexible about items depending on the space in their truck, exercising kindness to each other, being organized with each task (dismantling furniture, loading unloading,...)
