I've been trying to get a hold of someone at the office for three months. I've left multiple phone messages, called numerous times during business hours, emailed and no response. I rented a locker in February, 2024 to be paid monthly to my credit card and I haven't been charged since the first month. I'm trying to call to confirm all of my stuff is still in storage and pay for the subsequent months, but I can't anyone to answer my calls or call me back. I had a great experience when I set up the locker, but I'd really like some follow up to my multiple messages. Until then my review isn't good.
