Setting up online, the whole process is very easy and well thought out. The facilities are new and clean. Josée and Alain are a delight to work with and get an A+ from this business professor!

We had a warehouse at Mini Entrepôt Jolain for 2 years. It was a wonderful experience! The care the team takes of the property and warehouses is impressive: superb snow removal, wide, well-maintained walkways, and a secure entrance that always works well! I highly recommend it! You won't be disappointed.

Recommendations before choosing a Storage Service

  1. Check the company’s reputation and customer reviews: Look for storage providers with positive reviews and a solid reputation. Reading real customer experiences will help you understand the quality of service and reliability.
  2. Confirm what is included in the storage service: Make sure you clearly understand what is included in the price, such as unit size, climate control, access hours, and any additional fees.
  3. Ask about security and safety measures: Find out what security systems are in place, including surveillance cameras, gated access, alarms, and on-site staff to protect your belongings.
  4. Verify licensing, insurance, and coverage options: Ensure the company is properly licensed to operate in Canada and ask about insurance options to protect your stored items against loss or damage.
  5. Request a written quote and rental agreement: Always ask for a written quote and review the rental agreement carefully so you are clear about pricing, contract terms, and cancellation policies.
