"Very efficient. Good equipment for getting your sailboat out of the water. Thank you!"

"Appalling customer service. Rude and unkind employees. The feeling of spending over $1000 and getting the middle finger in return. They seem to have completely forgotten that what they're offering here is customer service. Take your sailboat somewhere else."
