Garbage. But you don't have a choice, you live in Sept-Îles. We reserved a 20ft truck, they called us two days before the move to say they don't have a 20ft truck, they only have a 15ft truck. Oh and by the way, you have to come get it today because we'll be closed starting tomorrow. We asked to speak with the manager. The manager aggressively explained that it is not U-Haul policy to assure any reservations. That's what you can expect.

Did you know that U-Haul can cancel your reservation 3 days before your move because they no longer have the truck you reserved? A big thank you for your $50 credit as compensation (sarcasm). I also really liked your two other solutions, upgrading my class 3 in a weekend or driving 20 hours to get another one (sarcasm x2).
